INSTANATURAL AND A TIGHT LITTLE SKIRT

Let’s talk a little about hair today, in addition to clothing.

I actually don’t do too much with my hair; I’ve never dyed it nor have I had any perms done so in terms of hair health, I’d say my strands are doing pretty well. Split ends were never a thing for me until college, but even then, it was a minor problem and was easily solved by a long-due trip to the hair salon. But just because it looks alright on the surface at this given time doesn’t mean it’ll stay like this forever, so I do try to take extra steps to maintain my hair health, and lately I’ve been looking towards InstaNatural to help me with that. InstaNatural is a leading online and global distributor of more than a dozen nature-inspired beauty and cosmetics products, which are not only popular on Amazon.com but also can be found in leading spas and salons. One such product is the Argan Oil Hair Mask, which acts as a deep conditioning treatment (it’s meant to be a hair mask, but it can also double as a conditioner, which is actually better for me because I’m usually in a rush during my showers). The five key ingredients – Argan Oil, Amino Acid Complex, Coconut Oil, Shea Butter, and Vitamin B5 – blend intensively together not only to give off an incredibly nice scent but also to nourish the hair and ward off the effects of heat damage (again, perfect for me because I’m guilty of blow-drying my hair every day).

Post-shower, I like to finish off the nourishing treatment by using the InstaNatural Argan Oil, a handy little bottle that works on both hair and skin. 100% pure organic argan oil, it absorbs quickly into the skin (and/or hair) without leaving any oily film or scents, and it can be used for so many different purposes! I like to use mine as a frizz remover/leave-in conditioner in the morning and as a moisturizer at night, but it can also be used as an overnight scalp treatment (useful if you have dry scalp problems), face mask (mix a few drops into your usual face mask), and as a nail revitalizer/cuticle softener.

As you may have noticed, I like to wear my hair down in its most natural state, and this particular day was no different. Laidback vibes were channeled all day long with the relaxed hair coupled with a loose-fitting sweater slung casually over a tight little skirt (cue that one Taylor Swift song all the radio stations just love to play on repeat). Sure, some of you – my sister included – are probably laughing at my last sentence. “Laidback vibes?! Really? Doesn’t look so ‘laidback’ with that skirt and those heeled booties!” Well, we might not see eye to eye, and that’s the beauty of personal style, but at the end of the day, it’s all in the details, and we all know I love to play with juxtapositions.

So that’s about it for today! As always, thanks so much for reading. I have a few more collections from Paris Couture Week to share so I’ll try to put those up soon before New York Fashion Week kicks off next week!
