It’s a little ridiculous how fast the weekends seem to fly by. But seeing as this was Mother’s Day weekend, it was certainly nice being home and spending time with family. My mum has been under the weather so we had to take it easy this year, but nevertheless, it was time well spent.

And, I got to wear this amazing top from Tobi! I’ve been getting a lot of compliments on it due to its stylish colorblocking design, and I’m starting to be really glad I bought it when it was still available in my size. Even the material is amazing – the super soft fabric gives way for great comfort, and the lightness of the material (perfect for layering if need be) allows me to wear this during any season. Perfect look for a laidback day.

I’m mentally bracing myself to ~~be miserable~~ tolerate the heat wave that’s happening once again this week. It’s going to be in the high nineties and I’m already dying a little inside just reading the weather reports. Sun’s out, thighs out!
